Estamos en búsqueda de SAP WM Consultant
- Estamos buscando un Consultor SAP WM (L2/L3) para integrarse al equipo de soporte SAP y participar en la atención de incidentes, requerimientos y mejoras relacionadas con procesos de almacén y logística.
Responsabilidades:
- Atención y seguimiento de tickets SAP MM/WM nivel L2 y L3.
- Análisis y solución de incidentes funcionales.
- Soporte a usuarios y acompañamiento operativo.
- Participación en pruebas, validaciones y documentación.
- Coordinación con equipos funcionales y técnicos.
- Soporte a procesos integrados con MM y SD.
- Seguimiento a prioridades y cumplimiento de tiempos de atención.
Requisitos:
- Más de 4 años de experiencia en SAP WM.
- Conocimiento de procesos de almacén, inventarios y logística.
- Experiencia en análisis de errores y troubleshooting funcional.
- Experiencia en Configuración y Especificaciones Funcionales
- Inglés avanzado indispensable.
- Buena comunicación y capacidad para trabajar con equipos globales.
Deseable:
- Experiencia en SAP S/4HANA.
- Conocimiento de SAP EWM.
- Experiencia previa en soporte AMS SAP.
- Conocimiento básico de ABAP/debugging.
- Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de tickets o procesos ITIL.
