Practise the Arquitecto/a de IA Generativa at NEORIS interview free →- Diseñar arquitecturas end-to-end de soluciones de IA generativa (RAG, agentes, copilots, fine-tuning).
- Definir patrones de diseño y mejores prácticas para el uso de LLMs en entornos productivos.
- Seleccionar, evaluar y optimizar modelos fundacionales según caso de uso, coste y rendimiento.
- Implementar pipelines de RAG (ingestión, embeddings, recuperación, ranking y serving).
- Diseñar e implementar mecanismos de evaluación, monitorización y guardrails para LLMs.
- Integrar soluciones GenAI en sistemas empresariales mediante APIs, microservicios y arquitecturas cloud.
Excluyentes:
- Experiencia sólida (5+ años) en diseño de soluciones de IA/ML, con foco en IA generativa y LLMs.
- Conocimiento práctico en arquitecturas RAG y bases de datos vectoriales (Pinecone, Weaviate o similares).
- Experiencia con frameworks de orquestación (LangChain, LlamaIndex o equivalentes).
- Dominio de entornos cloud, especialmente Azure, y arquitecturas distribuidas.
- Experiencia en MLOps/LLMOps (deploy, monitorización, versionado, pipelines).
- Conocimientos en desarrollo de APIs y microservicios en entornos productivos.
- Experiencia en fine-tuning, RLHF o alineación de modelos.
- Conocimiento de agentes autónomos y uso de tool calling.
- Experiencia en evaluación de LLMs, seguridad de IA, red teaming y guardrails.
- Familiaridad con modelos open-source (Llama, Mistral, entre otros).
