Buscamos un Aprendiz SENA para apoyar actividades administrativas y operativas del área, contribuyendo a la organización, gestión documental y seguimiento de procesos internos. Se requiere una persona con actitud de servicio, atención al detalle, buena disposición para aprender y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

Principales responsabilidades
  • Apoyar actividades administrativas y de gestión documental.
  • Elaborar, actualizar y organizar archivos físicos y digitales.
  • Manejar herramientas ofimáticas para la elaboración de reportes y seguimiento de información.
  • Apoyar el control y registro de datos en diferentes plataformas.
  • Gestionar documentos en formatos Word, Excel y PDF.
  • Brindar soporte en tareas operativas asignadas por el área.
  • Mantener actualizada la información y documentación requerida.
Requisitos del perfil
  • Aprendiz SENA en etapa lectiva o productiva en programas administrativos, gestión empresarial, asistencia administrativa o afines.
  • Manejo básico/intermedio de:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Word
    • PDF y herramientas de gestión documental
  • Organización y manejo de información.
  • Digitación y elaboración de documentos.
  • Interés en el uso de IA.
