Buscamos um(a) Consultor(a) SAP Sênior SD com sólida experiência em SAP S/4HANA e AMS SAP , para atuar no suporte a operações críticas de vendas, faturamento e distribuição em ambiente 24x7 , com foco no turno da madrugada . Principais responsabilidades: Atendimento e resolução de incidentes críticos em ambiente produtivo. Suporte funcional SAP SD (N2/N3), troubleshooting e análise de causa raiz (RCA). Garantia do cumprimento de SLAs e continuidade operacional. Suporte aos processos de Order-to-Cash (O2C), faturamento, entregas e integrações. Atuação em war rooms e situações de alta criticidade. Interação com equipes ABAP, Basis, Integração e áreas de negócio. Identificação de melhorias para aumento da estabilidade do ambiente. Requisitos: Experiência sólida em SAP SD e SAP S/4HANA . Vivência em AMS SAP , suporte produtivo e gestão de incidentes. Conhecimento dos processos de vendas, faturamento, entregas e logística. Experiência com atendimento sob SLA em ambientes de alta disponibilidade. Diferenciais: Conhecimento em processos logísticos e distribuição. Inglês para interação com equipes globais. Perfil: Profissional hands-on, com forte capacidade analítica, senso de urgência e experiência na sustentação de ambientes SAP críticos, garantindo rápida recuperação de processos e alta qualidade no atendimento. #LI-DNI
