About this role:

Within Consumer Marketing's Lifecycle team, you'll lead promotional strategy and execution as Udemy's two brands converge onto a single skills platform. You'll own the promotional calendar end-to-end, building campaign specs and go-to-market briefs that align creative, channel, and lifecycle teams around a single execution plan. This is a hands-on role where you'll define and build each campaign, monitor live performance, drive mid-course adjustments, and partner closely with Pricing, Commercial Policy, and Data Science teams to ensure promotions adhere to policy while meeting revenue and user experience targets. You'll report directly to the Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing.

About your skills:

Campaign Planning

Core skill: develop comprehensive strategy for promotional calendar from conception through completion with cross-functional alignment.

Cross-Channel Marketing

Essential for coordinating creative, channel, and regional stakeholders to deliver cohesive promotional message and experience.

Campaign Management

Core responsibility: plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with commercial policy and performance targets.

At Udemy, we strive to be transparent around compensation. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for equity.

Hiring Compensation Range: $129,000 - 173,500

Colorado Hiring Compensation Range: $139,000 - 173,500
