Sr. Training Ops Specialist

As part of the AWS Applied AI Solutions organization, we have a vision to provide business applications, leveraging Amazon's unique experience and expertise, that are used by millions of companies worldwide Basic qualifications: - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a team coordination position. - Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish. - Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment. - Experience in following legal and finance processes related to vendor (supplier or customer) engagements, such as contract and Non-Disclosure Agreement issuance and signature, PO management (both incoming and outgoing), invoicing and billing. Preferred: - Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company. - Experience in trainer resource management, scheduling or operations support. - Exceptional attention to detail, even in highly ambiguous and fast paced environment. - Strong judgement and instincts. Effectively prioritizes competing training requests; understands when to escalate for definitive prioritization or validation of own recommendations. - Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) and CRM software (e.g Salesforce). - Business communication (written and spoken) proficiency in Spanish and English; additional EMEA languages (French, German, Arabic) are a plus.
