Innovation Programs Lead, APJ Innovation and Engagement

The APJ Innovation and Engagement team is the pulse of innovation for AWS in the region. We design and deliver innovation experiences that bring Amazon's culture and technology to life — helping senior Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience - Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences - Strong first-principles problem-solving ability — comfortable deconstructing ambiguous customer challenges into clear action plans that deliver business outcomes - Strong ability to apply AI/ML capabilities to solve business problems and drive transformation outcomes, engaging both technical and business audiences on generative AI, agentic systems, and applied AI - Track record of driving measurable customer business outcomes in partnership with field sales teams Preferred: - Experience operating across APJ markets with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances - Consulting background with experience advising senior leaders on technology-led business transformation - Passion for Amazon's culture of innovation and ability to translate it into customer-facing experiences - Hands-on experience applying AI tools to business problems and customer engagement workflows Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
