XB enables customers to discover international products from Amazon's marketplaces worldwide with simplified customs, faster delivery, local language, local payments, and world-class support. We operate Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning - 5+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience - Experience building prototypes to advance design thinking and the final product experience - Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in SQL Server/MySQL - Demonstrated AI/ML proficiency; hands-on understanding of LLMs, agent architectures, and prompt engineering Preferred: - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment - Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results - Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship - Experience with multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, or intelligent automation platforms Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
