Title and Summary Manager, Products and Solutions - Security Solutions Job Description Summary The Manager, Products and Solutions – Security Solutions serves as the regional subject matter expert for Mastercard’s Security Solutions portfolio across South LAC, including Cyber for Payments, Cyber for Cyber, and Identity Solutions. This role is responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap prioritization, market enablement, customer engagement, product adoption, and commercialization initiatives while serving as a bridge between local markets, customers, and regional and global product teams. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the Latin American payments, cybersecurity, and digital identity landscape. The individual will leverage customer insights, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and stakeholder influence to shape product strategies, support go-to-market execution, and drive portfolio growth across the region. Role Drive the product strategy, execution, and commercialization of Mastercard’s Security Solutions portfolio across South LAC, including Cyber for Payments, Cyber for Cyber, and Identity Solutions. Act as the regional subject matter expert, supporting customer engagements, solution positioning, product education, and adoption initiatives. Serve as the voice of South LAC markets by bringing customer feedback, market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory requirements to regional and global product teams. Partner with regional and global product teams to define, prioritize, and advocate for roadmap enhancements that address customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. Own the regional product prioritization process, evaluating customer requirements, competitive dynamics, and strategic initiatives to influence roadmap and investment decisions. Analyze portfolio performance to identify growth opportunities, adoption gaps, market risks, and revenue drivers, translating insights into actionable product and market strategies. Influence portfolio growth and business outcomes by providing product expertise, commercialization guidance, customer insights, and market recommendations. Build and manage relationships across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Franchise, Services, and Technology teams to drive alignment and execution. Lead product launches, enablement programs, and market readiness activities to accelerate customer adoption and market growth. Support executive customer engagements, QBRs, workshops, innovation programs, and strategic partnerships through product insights and value-based narratives. Develop reporting, analytics, dashboards, business cases, and competitive intelligence to support portfolio management and strategic decision-making. Support solution design and customer discussions by providing expertise in cybersecurity, digital identity, authentication, fraud prevention, financial crime, and risk management. Clearly articulate the value proposition of Mastercard Security Solutions to internal and external stakeholders. All About You Proven experience in product management, product commercialization, solution management, or related roles within cybersecurity, digital payments, financial services, or technology. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and market trends, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, identity governance, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, fraud prevention, digital risk protection, and cyber risk management. Experience supporting products related to Cyber for Payments, Cyber for Cyber, Identity Solutions, Fraud Prevention, Authentication, Financial Crime, Threat Intelligence, or Digital Risk Protection. Strong understanding of the Latin American payments, cybersecurity, and digital identity ecosystem. Experience influencing product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market decisions through customer insights, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations without direct authority. Experience analyzing portfolio performance, identifying growth opportunities, and translating insights into measurable business outcomes. Strong communication, presentation, analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across markets and regions. Bachelor’s degree required. MBA, Master’s degree, or equivalent postgraduate education in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Technology, Engineering, Risk Management, or related disciplines strongly preferred. Professional certifications or formal studies in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IAM, Digital Identity, Cloud Security, Risk Management, or related disciplines are highly desirable. Position requires up to 20% travel to support customer engagements, market development activities, industry events, and key product initiatives across South LAC. Desirable Capabilities Prior experience with a financial institution, cybersecurity vendor, technology provider, consulting firm, processor, or payment network. Working knowledge of IAM, identity governance, privileged access management, authentication technologies, and related security disciplines. Understanding of both payment security and enterprise cybersecurity ecosystems. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex security concepts for technical and non-technical audiences. Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer value creation, product adoption, portfolio growth, and market development.
