Job Description We are seeking a strategic Senior Director, Product Management to lead the vision, performance, and evolution of our cash product portfolio. In this role, you will shape product strategy, influence enterprise priorities, and drive innovation that strengthens client and advisor experiences. You will partner with senior leaders across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance while leading a high-performing team. This position offers significant visibility, enterprise impact, and the opportunity to help define the future of wealth management cash solutions. Responsibilities Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for cash products and related solutions. Drive the development and implementation of new products, enhancements, pricing strategies, service models, and operational improvements. Maintain accountability for product line growth, profitability, adoption, competitiveness, and operational effectiveness. Serve as the business owner for large-scale strategic initiatives and cross-functional programs. Partner with advisors, clients, and senior stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities, and market trends. Lead vendor relationships, contract negotiations, service level management, and issue resolution activities. Oversee regulatory, compliance, disclosure, policy, and governance requirements related to the product portfolio. Develop and coach team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience, preferably within wealth management, banking, or financial services, including leadership responsibility for product portfolios Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience FINRA Series 7 license or the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading teams and influencing executive stakeholders across large organizations Strong expertise in product strategy, business case development, product performance management, and market analysis Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements impacting financial products Exceptional communication, negotiation, collaboration, and relationship management skills Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results through cross-functional leadership U.S. Work Authorization & Sponsorship Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN). Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Base Pay Salary The estimated base salary for this role is $160,600 - $205,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
