The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to join our ProServe Shared Delivery Team (SDT) at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting, or 3+ years of people leadership experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field - Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape - Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects - 7+ years of experience in SAP Technical or Functional areas Preferred: - Experience integrating AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP) - Experience building and maintaining C-level client relationships - Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation - Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field - AWS certification - Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks - Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
