Senior Product Manager - Technical, External Services, AWS Billing

We're rebuilding the AWS product catalog for an AI-native world, and this role owns both how it's defined and how it grows. You'll set the standards every AWS product follows and define the new features, Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience - Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs - Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics Preferred: - Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations - Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies - 3+ years of developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using data modeling experience - Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale - Experience with billing, commerce, or catalog systems - Experience building or designing agentic products and interfaces Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
