Senior Partner Agreements BD Lead, AWS Partner Agreements

We're looking for a builder who wants to stand up and run the deal desk for AWS partner agreement programs. This role owns the end-to-end operational processes that take a partner agreement from program Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences - Experience with technology transformation initiatives - Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau), or experience working with Excel, reporting tools, and large-scale data mining tools, such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or Tableau Preferred: - MBA - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations - Experience working with data engineers and business intelligence engineers collaboratively - Experience in developing and managing marketing or channel programs - Familiarity with AI/ML applications in business process optimization - 8+ years of experience designing or managing operational workflows and business processes Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
