Practise the Senior Delivery Practice Manager - Engagement Management, ASEAN Professional Services at Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited interview free →We're looking for an Engagement Management Delivery Practice Manager to lead our Professional Services (ProServe) ASEAN Engagement Management practice. This leader will oversee the delivery of complex, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field - Proven track record leading technical teams in delivering complex, transformational IT programs. - Experience building and scaling technical and/or consulting teams of 30+ members; Technical depth and credibility to guide delivery of complex transformational programs. - Experience with Agile and Project Management frameworks, methodologies, and tools, with track record working with various delivery models including Fixed Price and Time & Material. - Business consulting expertise translating technical requirements into customer outcomes and experience in pre-sales or sales and contracting for complex service engagements. Preferred: - Technical leadership experience in cloud and/or AI product / technology organizations / MNCs. - Track record in scaling teams, processes and capabilities in fast growth environment. - Enterprise IT consulting and/or delivery experience with global companies. - Certifications in PMP, Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe), PRINCE2 or equivalent.
