Sales Enablement Manager, Amazon Leo B2B Operations

From households to small businesses, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Demonstrated experience building enablement programs that integrate partner/co-sell motions into broader sales capability frameworks - 7+ years in sales enablement, partner enablement, or partner/channel sales within enterprise technology Preferred: - Experience presenting to senior leadership - Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools - Expertise in content management systems, preferably Highspot - Familiarity with AI tooling and conducting deep analysis of sales productivity metrics, translating the results into actionable deliverables, messaging, and presentations - Experience in network, satellite, or general telecommunication industries Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
