Beta Ops Program Manager, Amazon Leo

From households to small businesses, Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience owning a recruitment, intake, onboarding, or similar end-to-end pipeline - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Preferred: - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Experience running user trials, beta, field testing or collecting customer feedback - Experience in stakeholder and communication management - Familiarity with recruitment or segmentation approaches such as persona frameworks, engagement scoring, or demographic matching - Experience building repeatable processes and tools that scale (trackers, intake forms, onboarding workflows) - Background in hardware, connectivity, telecommunications, or consumer electronics Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
