Principal ProServe Account Executive (PAE), HCLS, Healthcare and Life Sciences

We're seeking a dynamic ProServe Account Executive (PAE) to join our Healthcare and Life Sciences team at AWS Professional Services (ProServe). In this role, you'll have end-to-end responsibility for cultivating Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience - Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud technology - 8+ years of technology sales, or 8+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience - 5+ years of Healthcare and Life Sciences experience in Pharma, Medtech and/or Payer segments in North America - Experience with sales targets, sales methodologies and CRM systems Preferred: - Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building - Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits), or experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses - Knowledge of AWS services - Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature - Experience with communication, presentation, and negotiation - Experience with AI/GenAI/Agentic AI - Experience developing and closing large, complex deals and innovating commercial arrangements Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
