Principal Partner Success Specialist, ASP Customer Success

As a Partner Success Specialist (PSS) within the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) org, you will be responsible for scaling AWS's customer success methodologies across our partner ecosystem to drive measurable Basic qualifications: - 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience as a product manager or owner Preferred: - Experience owning technology products - Knowledge of key technology and market trends - Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines - Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings - Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level - Knowledge of cloud computing services or deployment architecture - 7+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
