We are looking for an exceptional, self-driven Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in our fast-growing EU Stores Retail Hardlines organization. This is a high-impact role that calls for attention Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience as an Executive Assistant - Experience with executive level calendar management - Experience with domestic or international travel coordination Preferred: - Experience leading process improvements - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company - Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency - Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
