アマゾンウェブサービス（AWS）では、Engagement Managerという職種を募集しています。Engagement Managerの役割は、お客様のビジネス目標実現を最優先と捉えた上で、お客様をご支援するProfessional Servicesのプロジェクト運営および各ステークホルダー間の調整を軸に活動するものです。また社会的にインパクトのあるサービスや製品を、お客様と共に創り上げて行くに当たっては、様々な曖昧性やリスクが待ち受けています。そのような先が見えないチャレンジを一緒に打開して行けるようなリーダーを我々は求めています。そのようなリーダーに求められるのは、大規模プロジェクトや Basic qualifications: - 複数のワークストリームが含まれる大規模なプロジェクトでプロジェクト全体を管理およびリードした経験 - 自身一人の力ではなく社内外の多様なチームにビジョンを示しエンゲージし、目標達成のために協働した経験 - アジャイル開発の基本知識があり、自ら実践はしてなくとも適用時の難しさを理解していること - 課題の設定、仮説化、検証、提言といったコンサルタントとしてのマインドを持っていること - 全般的なITインフラおよびアプリケーションについての体系的な知識 Preferred: - プロジェクト管理に関する体系的な知識（PMPないし類似のプロジェクト管理系の資格を保有していること） - 業務ないしITに関するコンサルティングを実地で遂行した経験 - エグゼクティブレベルのお客様とのコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、ネゴシエーション、ファシリテーションの経験 - ビジネスレベルまでなくとも良いが海外メンバーとの協業経験があること Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
