Engagement Manager, AWS Generative AI Innovation Center

The Generative AI Innovation Center helps AWS customers implement Generative AI solutions and realize transformational business opportunities. This is a team of strategists, scientists, engineers, and Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise IT/AI projects using Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional methodologies - Experience managing one or more projects with a combination of 6+ resources, 5+ months, or $200k+ in contract value. - Strategic thinking and innovation mindset - PMP and CSM certifications or equivalent project management certification - Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and cloud computing platforms - Experience in technology consulting or professional services - • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise IT/AI projects using Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional methodologies - • Experience managing one or more projects with a combination of 6+ resources, 5+ months, or $200k+ in contract value. - • Strategic thinking and innovation mindset - • PMP and CSM certifications or equivalent project management certification - • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and cloud computing platforms Preferred: - Experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, Foundation Models, RAG) - Executive presence and stakeholder management abilities - Ability to translate complex AI concepts for business audiences - AWS certification Amazon is an equal opportunities employer. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated. Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher base salary, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.
