The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of the primary aws services (ec2, elb, rds, route53 & s3) - Experience implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments - Experience in advanced SQL & ability to write complex queries from scratch from multiple tables - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field - Experience in Postgres, or experience in software development and experience in SQL Server/MySQL - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders Preferred: - 4+ years of database administration experience, or Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field - Experience with the AWS platform, web services, software development, or related technologie - AWS Professional level certification, or Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field - Experience scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Perl, Ruby) - Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR - Experience in Database like NoSQL, or experience in any Bigdata architecture and experience in Hive/Spark/Hbase/Yarn - Experience with massively parallel processing (MPP) databases - Redshift, Teradata etc. Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
