APJ Partner Program and Strategy Lead, Partner Core

We're looking for a senior leader to own the strategy and execution of partner programs across Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). You'll sit on the APJ Partner Core Leadership Team and frame the strategies Basic qualifications: - 12+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience - Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs - Experience influencing senior leaders/stakeholders - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Demonstrated change management experience with sales and/or partner organizations. Preferred: - Experience in verbal and written communication for executive level leaders - Experience leading and influencing your team or organization - Experience in cloud, enterprise software, or technology partner ecosystems (SI, ISV, MSP, distributors, resellers, marketplace). - Understanding of partner program constructs such as incentives, funding, competencies, and co-sell. - Experience working across APJ markets and cultures. - MBA or advanced degree.
