Role and Responsibilities · Lead Samsung’s Home Entertainment Sales Organization, including National, Regional and Distribution account teams. · Build comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy with Sales Leaders to deliver on Management Plan metrics including, but not limited to: Revenue, Profit, Market Share, Assortment, Promotional Plans, and MDF Investment. · Ensure on-going alignment, communication and support across each Product Management Team and Functional Teams (i.e. SCM, Legal, Finance) as well as Executive Leadership in Samsung · Serve as the primary point of contact for Samsung to key retail channel partners, developing strong relationships with key channel executives. · Anticipate the market trends and competitive pressures and leverage those learnings to develop customized Go-To-Market strategies including impactful promotions and targeted investment. · Review sales forecasts and drive action to address gaps and inventory issues. · Continuously review internal processes, identify opportunities for enhancements and implement process improvements where necessary to enable an efficient and effective overall business flow. · Oversee relevant industry shows/events as well as key customer meetings. · Manage, develop, recruit and provide direction to a high-performing, tightly-knit team.
