Specialist Enterprise Performance Management Technical - Onestream / Anaplan (FP&A)-1

Nasdaq Technology is looking for a technically driven EPM Specialist to join our Enterprise Solutions team in Bangalore. This role is built for someone who wants to go deep on technical design and implementation , building robust, scalable solutions on top of EPM platforms (Anaplan preferred). You will partner closely with our Product team, who define and prioritize business requirements, while our team owns the technical design, build, and delivery. Why this role is different: This is a hands-on technical build role. You'll be translating requirements into elegant, well-engineered technical solutions. What you'll do: Partner with the Product team to translate business requirements into technical compose and build robust solutions on our EPM platforms (Anaplan/OneStream) Compose, build, optimize and maintain data integrations between EPM systems and upstream/downstream platforms using ETL tools (Informatica preferred) and APIs Own the technical build of planning and forecasting solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and technical documentation for the team Troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated technical issues in EPM configurations and integrations Evaluate new tools/technologies and support technical recommendations (including feasibility and ROI) for platform investments Present solution compose to stakeholders, including senior technical and business audiences, as part of the wider team Collaborate with Global Nasdaq engineering teams to deliver cross-functional technical solutions What we're looking for: 5+ years of hands-on software development/technical configuration experience, ideally with Anaplan and/or OneStream Strong technical foundation in system integration, experience with ETL tools (Informatica strongly preferred) and working with APIs Comfort working with sophisticated data models and translating functional requirements into technical solutions A designer and builder's mindset - you are looking to strengthen your technical skills over time Strong communication skills, and a collaborative, transparent, and honest working style Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field Willingness to learn the functional/accounting side (consolidations, allocations, intercompany eliminations, planning models) as needed to build better technical solutions Nice to have: Experience working in multinational, multi-geographic technology teams Experience working in a fast pace environment Exposure to corporate finance systems or FP&A tooling Come as You Are Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
