We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused, and collaborative Delivery Lead to join the OTnT Product organization. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the product team, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives, product deliveries, client commitments, and cross-functional programs. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Support, Client Success, and global stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to drive accountability, transparency, and successful delivery outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-oriented leader who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, driving actions to closure, and building strong relationships across globally distributed teams. Top 5 to 7 Primary responsibilities: Conduct monthly capacity planning sessions and maintain an 8-quarter forward-looking capacity plan aligned with the long-term product roadmap. Monitor delivery timelines and ensure that product managers are executing roadmap items without delays. Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers to align on global strategies, resolve conflicts, and balance regional demands. Lead daily standups and provide continuous, overlapping support across global time zones. Keep senior management consistently updated on product health, capacity constraints, and strategic alignment by preparing regular governance materials. Act as the primary bridge between the Product team and Customer Services team, ensuring all product information, updates, and release notes are accurately relayed. Oversee the ticket resolution process, ensuring product managers are attending to customer tickets promptly and within established SLAs. We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications) Experience Level: At least 9+ years if industry experience .Proven experience as a seasoned PMO, Product Owner or in a similar Agile delivery role. Primary Skills: Strong background in resource allocation, capacity planning, and roadmap management. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with distributed, global teams (AMER, APAC, EMEA). Experience leading daily standups, unblocking teams, and driving Agile best practices. Customer-centric mindset with a track record of enabling Customer Service teams and enforcing ticket resolution SLAs. Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for global stakeholder alignment and senior leadership presentations. Highly organized and strategic problem-solver. Attention to details and effective and efficient tracking of tasks. Education Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. It would be great if you (Preferred Qualifications) Previous people management experience, especially managing remote or international team members.
