In this role, you will support go-to-market initiatives and sales execution as a subject matter expert for BCP Services. You will partner with customers, dealers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to connect business needs with practical solutions that drive value and growth. You will help customers and dealers understand how Caterpillar solutions can improve performance, increase efficiency, and support long-term success. What You Will Do (Job Duties): Provide product application expertise and deliver training on applied technology, job efficiency, and safety for customers, company teams, and dealer sales personnel. Manage marketing technology tools and systems while partnering with key stakeholders to develop a product roadmap that supports business growth and customer needs. Collaborate across internal teams to align timelines, clarify marketing goals, and advance marketing technology priorities. Develop product knowledge resources and sales growth programs that support field-facing teams, customer engagement, and market execution. Product and service knowledge: You understand how products and services are positioned, sold, delivered, and connected across the organization. Strong communication skills: You adapt messages for different audiences, communicate clearly across levels, and use influence and persuasion effectively. Negotiation skills: You seek win-win outcomes, listen actively, focus on business issues, and work collaboratively through differing viewpoints. Relationship management: You build productive long-term relationships with customers, dealers, vendors, and internal partners while aligning expectations and priorities. Technical excellence: You apply technical expertise to solve business challenges, engage subject matter experts when needed, and coach others in developing effective solutions. Value selling: You connect customer business needs to product, technology, and service solutions that clearly demonstrate value. Top Candidates Will Have Customer, dealer, or field-facing experience identifying needs and recommending product, technology, or service solutions. Field experience working directly with customers and dealers to identify needs and develop solutions for aftermarket parts. Demonstrated product knowledge of hydraulic and undercarriage systems. Background in product application, technical sales, product support, commercial strategy, or dealer enablement. Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes. Experience delivering product training, demonstrations, onboarding, or sales enablement support. Ability to use performance data, customer requirements, and field insights to identify growth opportunities. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence priorities and support go-to-market execution. Familiarity with Caterpillar products, dealer operations, applied technology, connected solutions, or similar equipment technologies. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while building trusted stakeholder relationships.
