Attachment Production Scheduler – Large Wheel Loader/Compactor Location: Decatur, Illinois Travel: Up to 5% Relocation Assistance: Not available Visa Sponsorship: Not Available Work Arrangement: On-site In the role of the Attachment Production Scheduler for Large Wheel Loaders/Compactors is responsible for accurately managing attachment demand through the monthly S&OP planning cycle for the LWL & CP production machines. The role will work closely with Decatur’s operations, product group, engineering, and material requirements teams and will often have to manage material demand based on product group, customer, & demand requirements at the Decatur factory. Responsibilities • Analyzing and troubleshooting planned attachment scheduling problems; recommending process improvements to optimize the scheduling process. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product-related issues and incorporate customer and business requirements. • Owning and driving attachment demand forecasting & schedules; reviewing inventory planning ratios to ensure operational excellence. Forecasting: Knowledge of forecasting tools, approaches and practices; ability to determine product demand and estimate production requirements. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. Production Scheduling and Control: Knowledge of procedures and tools for attachment scheduling; ability to utilize knowledge of daily manufacturing processes to assure quality deliverables. Summary Pay Range: $89,210.00 - $133,810.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
