What Makes This Role Great: You will serve as a core strategic partner within our Customer FP&A team, directly shaping our retention strategy, optimizing customer lifetime value, and turning complex metrics into actionable insights that fuel global success. Key Exciting Responsibilities: • Build sophisticated Business Intelligence models to deliver clear strategic insights into retention, customer delivery, and service costs. • Spearhead renewals and churn assumption frameworks to empower executive decision-making and support central revenue forecasting. • Champion customer analytics by tracking Lifetime Value, Net Promoter Score, and engagement trends to maximize platform stickiness. • Drive operational efficiency across customer-facing teams by analyzing cost-to-serve metrics, deflection rates, and service ticket productivity. Essential Skills & Experience: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, customer analytics, or SaaS FP&A roles. • Deep expertise in data analytics with demonstrated proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle or NetSuite. • Proven track record of leveraging data to drive strategic alignment across Customer Success, Support, and Renewals teams. • Demonstrated strength in process optimization and automating systems to enhance operational productivity. Bonus Points For: • Experience integrating AI-driven analytical solutions to streamline financial modeling. • Strong familiarity with product adoption metrics such as Monthly Active Users and depth-of-use tracking.
