About This Role As a Billing and Collections Administrator you will be a key customer contact responsible for contract entry, invoicing and collections of a given number of accounts. This position will also have frequent communications with customers, branch managers and service techs in the field reading past and present rentals. Key Responsibilities Receive and process all rental agreements in your assigned area. Answer customer’s questions regarding their rentals. Communicate with Branch Managers and techs to keep rentals accurate. Make collection calls on a daily basis. Perform additional team duties as assigned – Process look-ups, yearend process of paperwork and mail out promotional materials as needed. Current “on rent” reports for key accounts as assigned. Required Qualifications High school degree 2+ years relevant experience in billing, A/R, and or collections Preferred Qualifications Exceptional communication and customer service skills (written and oral) Advanced ability to multi-task in a matrix, fast paced environment Superb team building and relationship building ability Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications Software experience with CRM and billing applications Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $35,500.00 - $71,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed. Other Compensation This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
