The Role Keep our core platforms running at their best so our teams can focus on building great products without missing a beat. What You Will Do - Own the day-to-day administration of Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Slack, and Google Workspace across a fast-scaling global team - Manage user provisioning, access controls, permissions, and licensing across all three platforms - Resolve system requests and technical issues quickly, unblocking teams and keeping operations moving - Optimise platform configurations, workflows, and integrations to improve efficiency and reduce friction - Maintain documentation, governance standards, and security best practices across all tools - Act as the go-to expert, supporting teams with onboarding, training, and best-practice guidance What We Are Looking For - Proven hands-on experience administering Atlassian, Slack, and Google Workspace in a professional environment - Strong understanding of user management, SSO, access controls, and platform security - A proactive problem-solver who can prioritise competing requests without losing momentum - Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload with minimal oversight - Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders - Experience supporting distributed, global teams is a strong plus Why You Will Love It This is a role where your work genuinely matters from day one.
