Banking journeys - KYC, loans, credit cards, insurance - lose genuine customers to drop-offs, and re-engagement happens days later when intent is gone. Our SDK stays on the user's screen inside the company's own app: an Al voice RM guides them through the journey in their own language, 24/7, and if they still drop off, it calls them back to ask why and bring them home. We sell to product and tech leaders at banks, lenders, insurers and fintechs. About the Role We are looking for a creative, consistent, and driven individual to join Zynnex AI as a Social Media Intern. You will help build and grow our brand presence across social platforms by creating engaging content, tracking what works, and building our community. This role is based in Bangalore. **Key Responsibilities** **Content Creation** * Plan and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other channels * Create posts, reels, and short-form videos — editing in Premiere Pro / After Effects, graphics in Photoshop — and write strong captions * Maintain and execute a monthly content calendar **Growth & Community** * Track trends, engagement, and competitor content to find new ideas * Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages * Report on performance and suggest improvements based on data * Propose new campaign ideas to grow reach and audience **What We’re Looking For** * Based in Bangalore * Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends * Good writing skills and a creative eye * Comfortable with video editing and graphic design (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva) * Self-driven, dependable, and open to feedback * Humble, hardworking, and eager to learn * Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision **Bonus Points** * A portfolio, personal page, or past content you’ve created * Hands-on with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Photoshop, plus Canva, CapCut, or Meta Business Suite * Basic understanding of tech/AI products **Why Join Us** * Hands-on experience running a brand’s social presence * Freedom to try your own ideas and see them go live * Direct feedback and mentorship from the founders * Opportunity to grow into core team roles
