**Job Description** About Zynnex Zynnex is an in-app relationship manager for BFSI onboarding. Banking journeys - KYC, loans, credit cards, insurance - lose genuine customers to drop-offs, and re-engagement happens days later when intent is gone. Our SDK stays on the user's screen inside the company's own app: an Al voice RM guides them through the journey in their own language, 24/7, and if they still drop off, it calls them back to ask why and bring them home. We sell to product and tech leaders at banks, lenders, insurers and fintechs. About the Role Zynnex is seeking a highly motivated Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the founders on product execution and product strategy. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of product, business, and decision-making in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll work directly with the founders on our in-app AI voice agent — from product decisions to customer conversations. **Key Responsibilities** **Product Execution** * Partner with the product and engineering teams to drive feature development and delivery * Translate ideas into clear product requirements, workflows, and actionable tasks * Coordinate across teams to ensure product milestones are delivered on schedule * Monitor product performance and drive iterations using user feedback and data * Support testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of the product experience * Join customer conversations and translate bank and lender feedback into product improvements **Product Strategy** * Assist in defining the product roadmap and setting priorities * Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research * Provide analytical support for strategic decisions made by the founders * Identify growth opportunities and propose product improvements and new ideas **Qualifications** * Currently based in Bangalore, and able to work from our office daily * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Genuine interest in startups, product development, and strategy * Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong cross-functional coordination skills * Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking initiative **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in product, startups, consulting, or operations * Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Jira, Figma, or analytics platforms * Foundational understanding of technology and AI products **What We Offer** * Direct collaboration with the founders on high-impact decisions * A steep learning curve with real ownership of your work * A pathway to grow into a core team role * Exposure to how an AI startup builds and sells to banks and lenders
