HelplineSoftware helps callers reach the right on-call person, 24/7. You’ll work across the whole stack on scheduling, call routing, voice, SMS, and chat. Our customers include crisis hotlines, so your work matters every day. 100% remote. Hands-on work, room to grow, and a team looking to build a 5+ year working relationship. ## **What you’ll do** * Turn customer requirements into fully tested frontend and backend features. * Own deliverables and timelines, ask good questions, and raise issues early. * Find the cause of bugs and add tests that catch them. * Write readable, maintainable code, follow our style guide, and keep pull requests small. ## **You’re a fit if** * You’re strong in frontend and backend development and can deliver features independently. * You write useful unit tests and end-to-end tests in Cypress. * You take ownership, enjoy learning, and give and receive feedback thoughtfully.
