# Cold Email Specialist #### **Compensation: \$1,050–\$1,450/month** #### **Hours: 6:00 AM–5:00 PM CST** # Role Overview This is an exciting role! We’re hiring our first Cold Email Specialist to book qualified sales meetings through cold email. Your job is to learn our ideal customer profile (ICP), find the right prospects, test messages, and improve campaigns quickly based on what you learn. You’ll own email outbound from targeting and prospect lists through campaign execution, replies, follow-up, and meeting booking. Success means a consistent flow of meetings with relevant buyers at organizations that fit our ICP and have a problem Helpline Software can help solve. ## **What You'll Do** * Learn our product and ICP from customer conversations, sales feedback, and prospect research. Refine your understanding as you run campaigns. * Build or source targeted prospect lists, identify the right buyers, and group them by the problem your email will address. * Write and test concise cold emails and follow-up sequences, including different subject lines, problem statements, offers, and calls to action. * Launch and manage email campaigns, monitor delivery and bounces, and keep outreach relevant to each audience. * Review replies and meeting results, identify what worked and why, and quickly adjust targeting or messaging for the next test. * Manage replies and follow-up, qualify interested prospects against our ICP, and book meetings with the sales team. ## **Requirements** * Strong written English and the ability to write compelling, credible cold emails that lead to qualified ICP meetings. ## **Company Mission** Helpline Software provides mission-critical technology that helps organizations route urgent calls to the right on-call person.
