Full Stack Developer (Frontend-Focused) with FastAPI Experience

**Location:** Remote **Nature of collaboration:** Contract with Opportunity for Full-Time **Experience:** 3+ years **Hourly Rate:** 10-15 USD per hour **Monthly compensation (if full time):** USD 1,000–1,500/month ## **Overview** We’re looking for a **Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (Frontend-Heavy)** to build clean, intuitive, and scalable internal platforms such as **CRMs, inventory systems, and vendor management tools**. The role is primarily focused on frontend development using **React, Next.js, and TypeScript**, with enough backend experience in **Python and FastAPI** to work effectively across the full application stack. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, designers, and QA to turn operational requirements into polished, production-ready features. ## **Key Responsibilities** * Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces for internal business applications * Translate product and operational requirements into clear user workflows * Develop reusable components and frontend features using a component-driven approach * Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and asynchronous workflows * Contribute to backend features and API improvements using **Python and FastAPI** * Work with backend data models and API behavior to implement end-to-end functionality * Take ownership of features from implementation through testing and delivery * Collaborate with UX, senior engineers, and QA throughout the development process ## **Must Have** * **3+ years of professional full stack development experience**, with a strong frontend focus * Strong hands-on experience with **React, Next.js, and TypeScript** * Experience with frontend state management using tools such as **React Query, Zustand, or Redux** * Working experience with **Python and FastAPI** * Experience building frontend applications that consume and integrate with **REST APIs** * Experience implementing non-trivial UI workflows for business or operational applications * Ability to work within an existing codebase and independently deliver well-scoped features ## **Good to Have** * Experience with **refine.dev** or similar admin/dashboard frameworks * Familiarity with **Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI**, or similar component/UI libraries * Experience with **PostgreSQL** and Python data-access technologies such as **SQLAlchemy or SQLModel** * Understanding of **asynchronous backend workflows** * Familiarity with modular application architecture and clean project structure * Experience building **CRMs, inventory systems, vendor management platforms, or other internal tools** * Experience working with **AI/LLM-powered applications** ## **To Apply** Please share: * A brief overview of your **frontend-heavy full stack experience** * Examples of **React/Next.js applications** you’ve built or contributed to * One or two examples where you owned a significant UI feature or end-to-end workflow * Details of your experience with **Python/FastAPI** * Relevant **GitHub repositories, portfolio projects, or case studies**
