We are building an engineering team that is equally audacious. We're seeking a hands-on Agentic Engineer who can push the boundaries of what's possible with voice AI. You'll be working with cutting-edge LiveKit technology to create low-latency, personalized voice experiences that differentiate Super in the market. This is a high-agency role where your curiosity, experimentation, and technical innovation will directly shape our product roadmap. **What You'll Build** Our voice product is well-defined and structured—now we need someone to envision and build what comes next. You'll be creating: - Ultra-low latency voice agents using LiveKit Agents, deconstructed voice pipelines, and real-time streaming - Personalized conversational experiences that dynamically fetch contextual information about companies, contacts, and property data and solve customer problems as effectively and efficiently as possible - Specialized agentic workflows for real estate actions like lease showings, bookings, and property management - Real-time synchronization between voice interactions and our event-driven backend systems - You'll work with the full voice stack: Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), LLM orchestration, and agentic toolkits like LangChain—all optimized for minimal latency and maximum user engagement. **The Role** You'll design and implement voice agents using LiveKit's pipeline approach, experimenting with novel agentic behaviors while maintaining production-quality performance.
