Manager - Business Finance

Mandate 3 – Employees will work full-time from their base location i.e. Bangalore. Business Finance Partner for Customer experience charter: Business Partnering: • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders across Customer experience (Cx) charter and partner teams (tech, analytics) providing financial guidance & Co-own Business targets • Maintain relationship with business stakeholders, and identify and resolve key business issues impacting finance operations ability to provide customer experience • Build processes, define procedure and policies with strong focus on controllership and compliance. Financial Planning & Analysis: • Develop financial models and analyses to support cost optimization and profitability improvements. • Drive profitability analysis and support in business performance reviews. • Supervise processes to ensure long term plans/Forecast activities are completed accurately and in timely manner. • Identify and develop cost saving opportunities across the charter by eliminating inefficiencies in the process • Work with cross functional teams to tie end to end financial planning. Role & Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include Long term strategic Planning, preparing & managing the quarterly & annual operating plan, Budgeting and forecasting, MIS and Financial reporting, setting up process & control, Operational & Financial metrics analysis etc. The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and have demonstrated the ability to effectively manage the finances of a high-growth business. Cost savings: Work closely with the operation managers to drive down inefficient costs and optimize for steady state costing. Also setting up necessary processes & control for achieving sustainable optimal cost Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management - Recommendations based on data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving metrics. Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc business analysis, and financial modeling. Manage the financial planning and analysis effort, using the key input levers to the business. Automation of reporting and familiarity with Business Intelligence tool Desired Skills:- 4-7 Years of experience post qualification Master’s in Business – Finance/Strategy or CA is preferred Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross functional teams Knowledge of SQL is preferred Self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction and develop new ways of approaching business problems Continuous improvement attitude and fast learning ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills "We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regards to race, color, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law".
