Lead/Senior Consultant SAP HXM – Advisory & Transformation (m/f/d)

Advise clients on SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation initiatives Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digitalization Develop target architectures, solution concepts and roadmaps for modern HR system landscapes Support transformation and migration projects, for example from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions and presentations Contribute to the acquisition of new clients and projects Prepare proposals, statements of work and solution concepts Support RFPs, pitches and proposal presentations Contribute to demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) Build and maintain long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships Work closely with Sales, Delivery and internal stakeholders throughout the entire client journey At least 5 years of professional experience in the SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors environment Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors and a good understanding of hybrid SAP HR landscapes A solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle Experience with HR transformation, digitalization and/or migration projects Strong advisory skills and the ability to translate business requirements into suitable solutions and roadmaps Confidence in working directly with clients and facilitating workshops and presentations Experience in presales, proposal processes and ideally RFPs A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across Consulting, Sales and Delivery Business-fluent German skills (minimum C1) are required , as you will work closely with German-speaking clients Very good English skills 30 days of paid vacation, internal and external training opportunities, MyN – Nagarro Employee Share Program, attractive company bicycle arrangements, modern office space at central locations with high-tech equipment, sports programs, access to the corporate benefits portal, free fruit and drinks.
