Promover uma cultura de produto orientada por dados, experimentação e aprendizado contínuo. Garantir o alinhamento entre stakeholders internos e externos, comunicando de forma transparente prioridades, avanços, riscos e decisões. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e inovação, equilibrando necessidades do usuário, viabilidade técnica e resultados de negócio. Influenciar decisões estratégicas do produto, assegurando a evolução contínua da experiência do cliente e dos indicadores de performance.
