Technician - Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Specialist will manage and maintain accurate inventory supporting fast-paced NPI proto and production activities. This role is responsible for material availability, inventory accuracy, traceability, kitting, material movement, and timely system transactions while supporting rapidly changing engineering and build requirements. The specialist will work closely with Engineering, NPI Operations, Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, Assembly, Test, and other cross-functional teams to identify material requirements, resolve shortages and discrepancies, and ensure parts and kits are available when needed. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to prioritize changing requests in an environment where material readiness can directly impact build and test schedules. 3–5 years of experience working with an ERP, PLM and inventory management system . Experience with Aras, Agile, WASP or similar systems preferred. Experience supporting manufacturing, NPI, engineering, or prototype environments. Strong understanding of inventory control and material management. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar tools. Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
