Must-Have: 7+ years of networking experience in IP and Optical networking Strong knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, MPLS, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) Experience with Tier 1 ISP backbone networks and mobile backhaul solutions Proficient in designing scalable solutions for mobility and metro environments Strong customer engagement and presentation skills Nice-To-Have: Experience with major networking vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, Arista) Familiarity with network automation tools such as Python and Ansible Experience supporting cloud and AI networking initiatives Certifications such as Nokia NRS II, SRA, or Cisco CCNA Knowledge of data center interconnect (DCI) applications
