Team Leader – MEP

Role Summary As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the Health, Safety & Welfare, leadership and line management, workflow and technical governance within our GCC team. The Key Activities would include (but not be limited to) People focus: The role has a key responsibility for ensuring the health, safety and welfare of staff. The team leader is expected to demonstrate effective & visible leadership across projects, focusing on the ongoing engagement and retention of employees through the development of individuals and building high performing teams; Business, operational & commercial management – delivering on business plan & budgetary targets; Divisional Resource Management – GCC utilisation; Supporting UK with bidding opportunities Key point of contact with the UK business, direct liaison with UK Project Directors, and promoting the GCC and ensuring its success. Line Manager / Staff Development – PDR Goals, support, training & mentoring Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical engineering or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in building services. Chartered Engineering Status with the UK Engineering Council.
