Team Leader – Industry

Lead the team with a clear focus on health, safety, wellbeing, engagement and retention. Deliver business plan, operational and commercial targets. Manage GCC resource deployment and utilisation. Support UK bidding opportunities with appropriate GCC input. Act as the key GCC contact for UK Project Directors and senior stakeholders. Drive staff development through goals, reviews, mentoring and training. Mandatory Skills Proactively manage requirements, risks and stakeholder influence to support successful delivery. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders and clients. Significant experience in team management, line management and day-to-day operations. Experience acting as a lead client contact for consultancy services and building strong relationships with clients and co-professionals. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Experience working on UK and international projects. Open-minded, adaptable and intellectually agile. Demonstrates fairness, honesty, integrity and ethical conduct. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 16 years’ experience in industrial projects. Chartered Engineer status with the UK Engineering Council.
