System QA & Automation Engineer

We are seeking talented System QA & Automation Engineers with 5+ years of experience and a passion for delivering high-quality, cloud-native software solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute test strategies and automation solutions for end-to-end system validation of cutting-edge applications in the observability domain, leveraging modern testing frameworks, cloud-native technologies, and automation tools. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure product quality, reliability, performance, scalability, and operational readiness while driving continuous improvement in system testing, test automation, and quality engineering practices within an agile environment. You Have: Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience. Experience in System Testing, QA Automation, and Quality Engineering for cloud-native, distributed, or enterprise software products. Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks, API testing, end-to-end system validation, regression testing, and CI/CD-integrated test automation. Proven expertise in validating microservices-based applications, distributed systems, REST APIs, and complex multi-component deployments. Strong experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Containers, and Helm, including deployment validation, troubleshooting, upgrade testing, and platform-level verification. Experience testing large-scale data ingestion, streaming, and observability platforms involving Kafka, telemetry pipelines, and data-intensive systems. Strong knowledge of observability technologies, including metrics, logs, traces, OpenTelemetry (OTLP), PromQL/VMQL, VictoriaMetrics, and monitoring-driven validation approaches. Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, test automation pipelines, performance testing, reliability testing, defect analysis, and quality engineering best practices, including Escaped Defect Analysis (EDA). Strong debugging, root cause analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Experience with AI-powered testing tools, intelligent test automation, and AI-assisted quality engineering practices. Experience with observability and AIOps-driven validation approaches for cloud-native platforms. Exposure to telecom network management, network analytics, or autonomous network solutions. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
