Stakeholder Manager

WSP is seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager to join our Transport & Infrastructure team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will lead stakeholder engagement activities across major infrastructure and transportation design projects, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and collaboration between project teams, government authorities, utility providers, clients, and key project stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to some of the Kingdom's most ambitious transport and infrastructure developments while supporting project delivery through proactive stakeholder management and relationship building. Saudi National. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of professional experience in stakeholder management, stakeholder coordination, or external affairs. Demonstrated experience working on large-scale transport and infrastructure design projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC. Previous experience with an engineering consultancy is highly preferred. Proven track record engaging with public sector authorities, municipalities, transport authorities, utility providers, and regulatory bodies. Strong understanding of infrastructure and transportation project lifecycles from planning through design and delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities within complex project environments.
