Staff Process Engineer

As a Staff Process Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the development of assembly processes for state-of-the-art electro-optical modules. Your expertise in SMT, microelectronics, and high-volume product assembly will be instrumental in achieving our manufacturing goals. With a strong background in mechanical design and analysis, you will ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our products. Additionally, your ability to process manufacturing data and identify process improvements will contribute to increased yield and overall efficiency. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on electro-optical modules. Expert-level understanding of SMT, microelectronics, and high-volume product assembly. Familiarity with dispensing technologies for thermal interface materials, gaskets, and epoxies. Strong background in mechanical design and tolerance analysis. Ability to perform basic thermal analysis and interpret results. Proficiency in data analysis and yield trend identification. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork. Willingness to travel internationally for manufacturing site visits. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
