As a Sr Product Test Capability Engineer at Nokia, you will join a dynamic team focused on advancing optical communication technologies. Must-Have: MS in science or engineering; PhD preferred (Physics, Optics, Data Science, etc.) Proven experience in data analytics and statistical modeling Proficiency in SQL, preferably MySQL or other relational database frameworks Ability to define and implement detailed testability requirements Experience in cross-functional collaboration with development teams Nice-To-Have: Familiarity with applied optics in a practical setting Previous Infinera or Nokia internship experience Exposure to Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, or similar source control platforms Experience with data analysis and visualization tools Knowledge of project management methodologies Familiarity with VB.net or similar programming languages
