Sr. Director of Prod Mgmt, Rack Scale Design

As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining Nokia's presence in the evolving AI infrastructure market. Your focus will be on rack-level integration, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to create validated, high-density racks that combine various technologies. This role is key to ensuring Nokia's early involvement in rack-level decisions and offering technically sound, commercially viable solutions. Deep expertise in data center networking, AI infrastructure, or high-performance computing is essential. Strong technical knowledge of Ethernet switching, AI fabrics, optics, and data center operations is a must. Ability to understand and translate liquid-cooled rack requirements into practical product specifications. Proven experience in business ownership, including P&L management, business planning, and investment recommendations. Excellent customer and partner engagement skills, with the ability to represent Nokia in high-level discussions. Strong leadership skills to collaborate effectively with diverse internal stakeholders. Experience in creating and managing ecosystem partnerships, especially in the AI and data center space. Analytical mindset with the ability to model margins, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. A proactive and innovative approach to product development and market positioning.
