Specialist - Employee Experience

Global HR Services, Specialist This role is pivotal in delivering a smooth and efficient employee experience across the employee lifecycle. As a Specialist within Global HR Delivery, you will support high quality HR operations by ensuring accurate HRIS processing, timely service outcomes, and consistent employee and manager support, while partnering with key stakeholders to maintain strong service standards and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field. Relevant HR operations / HR shared services experience (5-8 years). Relevant HR operations / HR shared services experience, preferably with strong exposure to onboarding processes. Core Competencies & Skills Knowledge or proficiency in HRIS platforms (Oracle, Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors). Analytical skills with the ability to validate information and prepare reports. Proficiency in MS Excel. Excellent English communication with a customer‑centric approach. Ability to work with high accuracy and attention to detail in a process‑driven environment. Problem‑solving capability to handle system/data issues or more complex cases (higher levels). Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet service-level targets. Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to recommend or drive process enhancements.
